Who we are
Devika Developers and Builders (DDB) is a Chembur-based real estate development and advisory firm with over 20 years of experience in Mumbai's residential property market. Founded with a commitment to integrity and quality construction, we have grown from a local redevelopment specialist into a full-service real estate partner — trusted by first-time buyers, seasoned investors, housing societies, and institutional clients alike.
Our work is rooted in Chembur. We understand its streets, its societies, its redevelopment landscape, and what buyers in the Eastern suburbs truly need: well-built homes at honest prices, backed by clear documentation and reliable timelines.
What We've Built

Devika Tower, Collector Colony, Chembur— our flagship completed residential project — carries MahaRERA registration No. P51800032905 and has been approved for home loans by HDFC Bank, SBI, and IDBI Bank. Every unit was delivered with the quality specifications and documentation we promised at the time of booking.
Our current project, Ishwar Aangan in Laxmi Colony, Chembur, is a 10-storey residential building offering 1BHK homes starting from ₹1.3++ crore — with home loan support, no property tax as flats are under 500 sq ft, and premium finishes including Jaquar bathroom fittings and Otis/Schindler lifts.
We also have three upcoming redevelopment projects in Chembur: Sakshatkar CHS, Trinity Apartment, and Ishwar Aangan CHS — bringing more quality housing to the neighbourhood we know best.

With over 20 years of experience in Mumbai's real estate, property, and redevelopment sector, Braj Raj Singh brings deep market expertise and a long-standing commitment to quality construction to every DDB project. His understanding of Mumbai's evolving urban landscape — particularly in redevelopment — has been the foundation of the company's reputation for trust and reliability.
Prior to building DDB, Braj Raj spent nearly three decades at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), where he held roles across multiple departments. This corporate grounding shaped his disciplined, systems-driven approach to running a real estate business.
Beyond his professional work, Braj Raj has been deeply involved in community service. He served as President of the Rotary Club of Chembur (2011–2012), followed by leadership roles as District Chairman for Rural Development (2012–2013) and Group Coordinator (2013–2014). He has also been a Trustee of the Gomtidevi Education Trust since 2009, supporting access to quality education.
His blend of corporate discipline, real estate acumen, and community leadership continues to guide DDB's vision of building spaces that stand the test of time.
